The shampoo was spilled over in the box

Leaves hair look very oily and sticky to feel

Highly satisfied except applying it is messy

First, the hair mask ads are very misleading because the tub is just about half full. It didn’t do anything for my hair. The shampoo is just ok. It does not condition and neither does the hair mask. The shampoo is a very gentle cleanser so it does not do a good job of cleaning out natural oils. It might work for someone with absolutely dry scalp but won’t work for anyone with normal to oily scalp. Unfortunately these products are not for me.
